Türkmensahra Birleşik Guramasy meýletin , garaşsyz , milli we demokratik guramadyr we birleşen milletler guramasynyň ynsan hukuklar jarnamasyna we şonuň bilen ilteşigi bolan ylalaşyklar we kararlaryna esaslanyp , Türkmensähra halkynyň hukuklaryny durmuşa geçirmegi maksat edinýar.
Türkmansähra Birleşik Guramasy diniň döwletden aýry bolmagyna we Iranda dünýewi we federal hökümet döredilmegine ynanýar.
Biziň pikrimizçe , ýurduň gelejekki Federal hökümet ulgamynda , Iranyň Merkezi hökümeti we parlamenti bilen bilelikde , Iranda ýaşaýan milletler hem öz ýerli hökümetlerine we parlamentlerne eýe bolup , öz saýlan wekilleriniň üsti bilen , bütün ýurt we ýaşaýan sebitlerinde dolandyryş işlere goşulup , öz ykballaryny kesgitlemägine gatnaşyp bilerler.
Biz Iran Federal Respublikasynyň çäginde , Türkmensahra Federal Awtonomy gurulmagyna ynanýarys.
شورای همبستگی ترکمنصحرا تشکلی داوطلبانه، مستقل و دموکراتیک است و برای تحقق حقوق ملی مردم ترکمن بر پایه منشور جهانی حقوق بشر و کنواسیونها و مصوبات الحاقی آن فعالیت می‌کند . شورای همبستگی ترکمنصحرا معتقد به جدایی دین از دولت و برقراری جمهوری سکولار و فدرال در ایران است.
از نظر ما در چنین نظامی در کنار دولت و مجلس مردم ایران ، ملیت های ساکن در کشور ایران دارای دولت و مجلس محلی خواهند بود ، تا از این طریق در اداره امور منطقه خود و کشور مشارکت کرده و در تعیین سرنوشت خویش توسط نمایندگان منتخب خود سهیم شوند.
ما معتقد به لزوم ایجاد ایالت فدرال ترکمنصحرا به عنوان یکی از واحد های نظام جمهوری فدرال ایران هستیم .
The Turkmen Sahara Solidarity Council is a voluntary, independent and democratic organization. It aims to implement the rights of the Turkmen people in Iran, based on the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and related declarations.
The Turkmen Sahara Solidarity Council believes in the separation of The Religion from the State and the establishment of a secular and federal republic in Iran.
In our view, In the future Federal Government of Iran, alongside the Central Government and Parliament, nations living in Iran will have their own local (regional) governments and parliaments. And thus, through their elected representatives, they will participate in the governance of the whole country and in their territories in the determination of their own destiny.
We believe in the establishment of the Turkmen Sahara Federal Autonomous Region within the territory of Iran as one of the entities of the Federal Government of Iran.
